Welcome to the Co-op

The Co-op was founded in 1955 by parents who were determined to create a nurturing and educational environment for their children. The Co-op has continued to be driven by a strong parent community - encouraging children to be curious and grow a lifelong love of learning.

We encourage children to be explorers, inventors, artists and dreamers

Play-based learning enables preschoolers to develop creativity and critical thinking skills by engaging in hands-on exploration. Through imaginative play and problem-solving activities, children learn to navigate challenges and collaborate with others. This approach fosters a love of learning, laying the foundation for lifelong curiosity and resilience.

Preschool programs for children ages 1 - 5

We offer part-day programs for children ages 1-5, designed to support their growth and development at every stage. Each year, children build on the skills they've learned, gaining confidence and a deeper understanding of the world around them.

For children turning 1 by September 1st

Toddler 2's

2-5 days / week

For children turning 2 by September 1st

Preschool 3's

3-5 days / week

For children turning 3 by September 1st

Pre-K 4's

5 days / week

I have four daughters that attended WWCNS so we were actively part of the school community for 9 years. Everyone I know from Co-op still refers to their kids as “Co-op kids” - as a badge of honor. We couldn’t have asked for a more special school filled with amazing teachers and families for our kids and for us!
